7. Returns and Refunds:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returns and, upon inspection, offer a replacement, online shop coupon code, or refund.
  • Please note that no refund or exchange is available for customer-induced physical damages.
